Birthday Girl

Kennedy woke up on her birthday to breakfast in bed, thanks to her dad. He got up early and whipped up some yummy food on her special day. She loved it! She headed to school and had a great day. When she got home from school we had decorated and were ready to open a few presents with our family before her "friend" party later.

This year Kennedy wanted a star cake with pink and purple frosting. I was more than okay with that order this year. A friend lent me the pan and I had no struggles with cake this year. :)

Friend Party
We invited a few friends over in the evening for games and cake. Kennedy has a great group of friends from church, and she had a friend from school. These kids are great! I laughed quite a bit and they had a good time yelling and laughing.

They played charades, dice game, and pin the star on the number 6. We ate pizza, cake and ice cream and then it was time to go. I am glad birthdays only come once a year, but love to see how happy they make my social girl. Happy 6th Birthday!!!
