Birthday

This is the one and only birthday picture I have this year. My camera broke (with a little help from a two year old) and so the rest of the festivites were missed. My friends took me out to lunch at Olive Garden and it was super yummy and fun. We did get a lot of looks because of the number of little kiddos we had with us, (if they only knew half of our kids were in school we would have gotten a lot more! ;) ) but they all were wonderful and it was a great time. I feel very, very blessed to have met so many wonderful women here in Maine and they helped me have a happy day! Thanks Ladies!!!

Derek and I went out to dinner with some of his classmates on our actual b-day and it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed getting to know them and we all had some good laughs. We ended our day by having cake and icecream with the kids. It really was a great day and turning 30 wasn't as painful as I anticipated.

Mother's day was also cameraless but it too was wonderful. Derek brought me breakfast in bed and then at church I was showered with pictures, songs, and hugs and kisses. I came home to a clean home and dinner ready. Derek cleaned up, did the dishes, bathed the kids, and put them to bed-all while I sat on the couch. :) I am one lucky Lady!!!
