Nap Time Woes
Here at the Poulson home we are having some issues lately over "nap time". I definitely enjoy a good nap and at this time in my life need one in order for anyone in my family to survive. Xander takes his naps pretty well even though he doesn't really have a choice. Alli is (for now) a great little napster and so that leaves only one--Kennedy. So the one thing stopping me from getting a nap in each day is my little 3 year old. Kennedy is not a napper and has informed me of that on numerous occasions, but lately she has been falling asleep everywhere and yet she still she refuses to lay down during the designated "Nap Time". I don't get it! Who doesn't want more sleep? And who doesn't want to sleep in a nice cozy bed instead of the floor, table, or couch? Craziness I tell you. She is definitely strong willed and refuses to lay down when everyone else does. :) I guess I am just going to have to wait it out and take a nap when she finally crashes somewhere in the house. :) She is too funny!

Kristi-That is hilarious!! (Sometimes things are really funny to those of us who are not loosing sleep over them!!!!)I can't understand either why kids will not go to sleep when you want them too. I for one, would love to be put down for a nap every afternoon!! She is definitely like my children! I love her to pieces, tho! Dianne
Hey Kristi! Kennedy looks really grown up in these pictures. Everytime I see her I am amazed at how beautiful she is. She is so funny and I can't wait to see you guys this month. I have been trying to slim down a little and was thinking that I will only eat pretzels and mustard for a week- It's my Kristi inspired diet. J/K Love you guys.
I'm with your mother in law - why don't these kids want to sleep?! I've been having that problem with Drew lately - I'll lay him down when I KNOW he is tired and he will just lay in there and play.. and play... and play. Drives me insane! I just shut the door and let him stay in there though. I NEED my time! So I feel for ya girl. Hang in there!
