Embarrassing Moments

My mother-in-law tagged me awhile ago with this one, but it has taken me awhile to come up with 3 embarrassing moments that aren't to racy to share. :) So here it goes:

1. Once upon a time I went to Ecuador to volunteer in orphanages. One day I was at the orphanage bright and early and I was in charge of getting the children dressed and ready for the day. I had each of the kids dressed, but I couldn't find a comb to do their hair. Well, the head nun came in and in my pathetic Spanish I asked her "Do you know where I could find a comb?" I was pretty proud of myself until I looked at her face and the faces of others around the room. She left all flustered and angry and I quickly found out that I had asked where I could find a certain male body part. I was mortified!

2. Right after Derek got home off his mission I was hanging with him and his family over conference weekend. We decided to do a little smooching and thought no one could see us, well lets just say the entire family saw everything thanks to a well positioned mirror. :) So I was known as the girl who corrupted the newly returned missionary for quite some time.

3. I am a big scaredy cat! I can't handle anything scary--not even a lame haunted house. In high school I went to a haunted house and got so scared that I peed my pants. I was with my friends and a boy I liked. So embarrassing!

So that is my 3 although I have 100 more. I tag Terri, Tara, and Heidi. Have fun!

Oh man I don't know what I can come up with for this. I am a walking embarrassment sometimes I swear! Thanks for the tag though, I'll get on that.

Anyway I expected to read about the time when "Big P" (rest his soul!) saw you, ahem, not quite dressed from the doorway in your apartment. That was a hilarious story!

Tara-

I totally was going to share that story but thought it was too long. (I am lazy). I do think that was one of my most embarrassing moments for sure. I remember running over to your apartment mortified! Good times. :)
I can't wait to hear yours.

Those were pretty funny; I laughed out loud. Is the one story about Derek accidentally seeing you in your sports bra? i don't know why i know about that?! Anyway, did you like how I mentioned John Stockton on my blog? I know he use to be a fav. of yours! Hope you are having a great day and hope the six goals doesn't cause any undue stress! luv your guts-em

Kristi, good stories. In line with your last one, I was at the mall with my friend (I was in high school at the time) once and by chance we met a boy I liked. Okay more than liked, huge crush on him! Anyway we talk to him and I was all excited. I get home and go wash my hands in the bathroom when I finally get a look of my face in the mirror. I had a huge booger coming out of my nostril!!! I was so mortified I almost cried.
Also I saw you liked John Stockton on the other comment. I was working at a bakery when I first moved to the States and he came in one day with his Dad. I could tell everybody was excited about something. I had no clue who he was and I just shrugged my shoulder after someone explained who he was. Well he was watching that whole time and when I looked up he gave me that little smile like he thought it was funny. So see I had a special moment with John Stockton!!!
Ok, I talk too much. Miss ya!
