Another Beach Day

Our last day was spent at another beach, but this time in our old stomping grounds. Oh, how I miss being able to pack up our things and driving 10 minutes to the beach. We met my great friend Mary and her kids there and it was once again a great time. I was so relaxed because I had so many sets of eyes on the kiddos and they had so much fun playing with everyone.

Ian totally looks like a stud and builds sand castles like a stud too! :)
Here it looks like my Father in Law is getting attacked by a shark.
The boys all did the body surfing thing and had a good time.

I don't know how much reading actually got done, but he attempted. In fact I think Alli came over everytime he tried to read and dumped water or sand on him. She also did this to Grandma several different times. I am glad she was such a good sport, because I wouldn't have been. :)
We parted ways in Portland. They drove on down to Boston to catch a plane, and we drove back to Bangor. It was such a fun week with them and we can't wait for their next visit (hint, hint).
