We were so happy to have Derek's family for the week and decided our first outing should be to Fort Knox and the observatory. My little fam has been there several times, but we enjoy it each time and this time was no exception.Checking out the Bridge

Fort Knox was one of their favorites places--I think. We spent a couple of hours walking around and finding fun places to explore. My kids loved following Aspen and Ian around and I am sure they were thrilled to have them tag along ;)

The day ended with me sending the men off to go help a friend move, and the girls going home to eat and chat. :) Sounds about right to me!

I kept wondering who those people were with Dereks parents. I can't believe it is Aspen and Ian. They can't be that old-can they? I feel every bit of 30+!
I've been waiting for these pictures. You are so good!!! I have to admit it seems strange to see Dianne with just two kiddos!! I know y'all had lots of fun. Love your blog!!!!!!
